Delete your Safhatayn account and data

You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app. Email studioalhayth@gmail.com with the subject “Safhatayn account deletion”.

1. Send the request from the email address linked to your Safhatayn account.
2. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
3. If you cannot access that email, tell us so we can help verify account ownership. Never send a password, verification code, or payment-card details.

We verify account ownership before processing the request and confirm completion by email. You can also open Settings in Safhatayn and choose Delete account.

Deletion removes your account, reading history, saved books, notes, preferences, support messages and attachments, voice recordings and transcripts, and notification data. Associated analytics are scheduled for deletion, including follow-up checks for late-arriving events.

We retain limited financial transaction and payout records without your deleted account identifiers for six complete calendar years after the year of the latest relevant financial event. Unresolved payment or contractual obligations may extend retention. Published or shared content may remain without an account-owner link. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store subscription settings to stop future charges. Store providers may retain their own billing records.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, manage renewal and request refunds through the store used for purchase.

Direct website payments are not currently available. For a direct website purchase when offered, email studioalhayth@gmail.com with your purchase email, transaction reference, date, and request. We handle website payment problems, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Never send card details, passwords, or verification codes.
