شروط استخدام صفحتين
تسري هذه الشروط على موقع صفحتين وتطبيقه. يدير الخدمة محمد عبدالله سليمان القفاري. باستخدام الخدمة أو إتمام الشراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى شروط جهة الدفع المعروضة لك عند الشراء.
الخدمة والمحتوى
تقدّم صفحتين ملخصات تحريرية أصلية وتعليقات على الكتب بالعربية والإنجليزية. تتيح العضوية الوصول إلى مكتبة الملخصات الرقمية خلال المدة المشتراة. لا نوزّع الكتب الكاملة ولا نحل محلها، ولا ندّعي الارتباط بالمؤلف أو الناشر ما لم نذكر ذلك صراحةً. نستخدم أسماء الكتب والمؤلفين للتعريف بالأعمال التي نلخصها. الصوتيات قريبًا، وليست ميزة متاحة ضمن الشراء حاليًا.
المحتوى للتعلّم والاطلاع العام، وليس نصيحة مالية أو قانونية أو طبية أو مهنية. قد نحدّث المحتوى والميزات، مع حفظ حقوقك إذا تعذّر تقديم الخدمة المشتراة أو اختلفت جوهريًا عن وصفها.
الأسعار ومدة العضوية
يُعرض السعر الإجمالي والعملة ومدة العضوية وأي رسوم أو ضرائب واجبة قبل تأكيد الدفع. لا يُحصّل مبلغ إضافي لم توافق عليه. أي فترة تجريبية أو تجديد تلقائي أو تغيير في السعر يجب توضيحه قبل الموافقة عليه. لا تؤدي تجربة مجانية إلى خصم لاحق إلا وفق الشروط التي وافقت عليها عند الاشتراك.
مشتريات Apple App Store وGoogle Play
تُعالج مشتريات التطبيق من خلال حساب المتجر الذي استخدمته. لإيقاف التجديد، استخدم إعدادات الاشتراك في المتجر قبل موعد التجديد المعروض، وراعِ المهلة التي يحددها المتجر. تخضع طلبات استرداد مدفوعات المتجر وإجراءاتها لجهة الشراء. تواصل معنا إذا احتجت إلى مساعدة في الوصول إلى العضوية أو تحديد جهة الدفع.
الدفع المباشر عبر الموقع
الدفع المباشر عبر الموقع غير متاح حاليًا. تنطبق الأحكام التالية على مشتريات الموقع عند إتاحتها. تُعالج هذه المدفوعات عبر مزوّد الدفع المبين في صفحة الدفع، مثل ميسّر، وتُرسل بيانات العملية وتأكيدها إلى البريد الذي تقدّمه. لا ترسل إلينا رقم بطاقتك الكامل أو رمز التحقّق أو كلمة المرور.
الخدمة رقمية ولا تتطلب شحنًا. يبدأ الوصول إلى العضوية بعد نجاح الدفع وربط العملية بحسابك، أو في الموعد الموضّح قبل الشراء. إذا خُصم المبلغ ولم تُفعّل العضوية، تواصل معنا برقم العملية لنفعّلها أو نعيد المبلغ إذا تعذّر تقديمها. لا يُفعّل التجديد التلقائي إلا إذا عُرض بوضوح ووافقت عليه.
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد والاستبدال لمشتريات الموقع
- يمكنك طلب إلغاء الشراء واسترداد كامل المبلغ خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ شراء الخدمة، ما دمت لم تستخدم العضوية المدفوعة أو تستفد منها.
- إذا تكرر الخصم للعملية نفسها، نعيد المبلغ المكرر بعد التحقّق. وإذا تعذّر تقديم الخدمة المشتراة أو اختلفت جوهريًا عن وصفها، يمكنك طلب معالجة المشكلة أو الاسترداد بحسب الحالة وحقوقك النظامية.
- بعد استخدام العضوية، لا يترتب على إلغاء التجديد وحده استرداد تلقائي عن المدة المتبقية. لا يقيّد ذلك حقك النظامي في الاسترداد عند وجود خلل أو عدم تقديم الخدمة.
- لإلغاء تجديد شراء مباشر، أرسل طلبك إلى بريد الدعم قبل موعد التجديد المعروض في تأكيد الشراء. نؤكّد إيقاف التجديد بالبريد، ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة ما لم يُسترد مبلغها. حذف الحساب وحده لا يُعدّ طلبًا لاسترداد المال أو إلغاء اشتراك المتجر.
- العضوية خدمة رقمية وليست سلعة قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال المادي. لخطأ في الخطة أو الحساب المرتبط بالشراء، تواصل معنا لتصحيحه، دون المساس بحقوق الإلغاء والاسترداد.
- نُعيد المبالغ المستحقة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية دون اقتطاع رسوم معالجة. نبدأ الاسترداد خلال سبعة أيام عمل من الموافقة عليه، وقد تستغرق إضافته إلى حسابك مدة أخرى يحددها البنك أو مزوّد الدفع.
طريقة الطلب والتواصل
أرسل طلب الإلغاء أو الاسترداد أو الشكوى إلى studioalhayth@gmail.com، مع البريد المرتبط بالشراء ورقم العملية وتاريخها وشرح مختصر للمشكلة. سنؤكّد استلام الطلب ونبلغك بالنتيجة عبر البريد. لا تشارك بيانات بطاقتك أو رموز التحقّق.
الحساب والخصوصية وحقوقك
أنت مسؤول عن حماية حسابك. يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من التطبيق أو عبر صفحة الدعم. توضّح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية التعامل مع بياناتك. تسري الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ولا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك. ننشر تاريخ التحديث عند تعديل الشروط، ولا نطبّق التعديلات بأثر رجعي بما ينتقص من حقوق عملية شراء سابقة.
Safhatayn terms of service
These terms apply to the Safhatayn website and app, operated by Muhammad Abdullah S Alqefari. By using the service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the applicable payment-provider terms presented at purchase.
Service and content
Safhatayn provides original editorial book summaries and commentary in Arabic and English. Membership gives access to the digital summary library for the purchased period. We do not distribute full books, replace the original works, or claim author or publisher affiliation unless expressly stated. Book titles and author names identify the works being summarized. Audio is coming soon and is not currently included as an available purchase feature.
Content is for general learning and information, not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. We may update content and features, without limiting your remedies if a purchased service cannot be supplied or materially differs from its description.
Prices and membership periods
The total price, currency, membership period, and any applicable fees or taxes are shown before payment confirmation. No additional charge is collected without your agreement. Any trial, automatic renewal, or price change must be disclosed before you agree to it. A free trial converts to a paid subscription only under the terms accepted at signup.
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
App-store purchases are processed through the store account used to subscribe. Stop renewal in that store's subscription settings before the displayed renewal date, allowing for the store's cancellation deadline. Refund requests and procedures for store payments are handled by the store used for purchase. Contact us if you need help accessing membership or identifying who processed your payment.
Direct website payments
Direct website payments are not currently available. The following terms apply to website purchases when offered. Payments are processed through the provider identified at checkout, such as Moyasar. Transaction details and confirmation are sent to the email address you provide. Never email your full card number, verification code, or password.
The service is digital and requires no shipping. Membership access starts after successful payment and linking the transaction to your account, or at the delivery time disclosed before purchase. If charged without receiving access, contact us with the transaction reference so we can activate access or refund a service we cannot supply. Automatic renewal is enabled only if clearly disclosed and agreed to.
Website cancellation, refund, and exchange policy
- You may cancel and request a full refund within seven days of purchasing the service if you have not used or benefited from the paid membership.
- We refund a verified duplicate charge for the same transaction. If the purchased service cannot be supplied or materially differs from its description, you may request a remedy or refund according to the circumstances and your statutory rights.
- After using membership, stopping renewal alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining period. This does not limit statutory refund rights for a defective or undelivered service.
- To stop renewal of a direct purchase, email support before the renewal date shown in your purchase confirmation. We confirm cancellation by email. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless refunded. Account deletion alone is not a refund request or cancellation of an app-store subscription.
- Membership is a digital service, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply. Contact us to correct an incorrect plan or purchase-account link, without limiting cancellation or refund rights.
- Eligible refunds go to the original payment method without a processing-fee deduction. We initiate a refund within seven business days of approval; the bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit your account.
Requests and contact
Email cancellation requests, refund requests, and complaints to studioalhayth@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, transaction reference, transaction date, and a brief explanation. We acknowledge the request and communicate the outcome by email. Do not include card details or verification codes.
Accounts, privacy, and your rights
You are responsible for protecting your account. Request account deletion in the app or through our support page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Applicable Saudi Arabian law governs these terms; nothing limits mandatory consumer rights. We date changes to these terms and do not apply them retroactively to reduce rights associated with an earlier purchase.
